We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your piece isn't perfect, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original CRAFTD packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include all original tags.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
