Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all CRAFTD items are backed by a Lifetime Warranty. If your piece fades, breaks, or loses its shine through normal wear, we will replace it free of charge.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
How should I care for my jewelry?
While our pieces are designed for durability, we recommend rinsing with fresh water after exposure to chlorine or salt water and storing them in the provided CRAFTD pouch when not in use.
